Provides regional trainings and workshops throughout the state (north, south, east, west, central), including customized board retreats and consultant referrals. The Network is coordinated by the Indiana Association of United Ways and works as a team with local United Ways and other nonprofit partners to provide trainings and workshops.

Professional Development & Staff Training Grants
- Up to $750 for registration fees and travel associated with attending a local or national conference, training, or workshop
- Up to $1,500 to bring a trainer or speaker to your staff and volunteers
IYI also provides: consulting, evaluation, strategic planning, board development, grant research, funding opportunities, legal advice, information on low-cost health insurance, fundraising and other technical assistance. They track Indiana, county level, and school corporation data on kids (Kids Count). Free weekly e-newsletter includes a grant tip of the week.

YouthPro administers the Indiana Youth Development (IYD) credential for youth workers to advance their learning and professional careers. YouthPRO partners with Ivy Tech Community Colleges, T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood© INDIANA, and other higher education institutions for credentialing programs. Some scholarships available.
