This website and associated database (hereafter referred to as “website”) were created and are maintained by the Indiana Afterschool Network (IAN). IAN hopes that the information contained on this website is helpful to you in learning about various afterschool programs.

This website contains information on afterschool programs that is provided by other organizations, both public and private. This website also contains links to web pages maintained by other organizations.

The inclusion of information regarding a particular program should not be construed as an endorsement of the program by IAN. Similarly, the exclusion of a particular program should not be construed as a criticism or disapproval of the program by IAN.

While we do have an approval process for posted program information, IAN cannot guarantee nor be held responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of the information contained on this website or the websites of other organizations to which this website is linked. IAN disclaims any and all responsibility for the use of any information contained on this website.

Your Privacy Is Important to Us
We know how important personal privacy is to you. We recognize that you have an interest in how we collect, retain, and use information about you and your relationship with us. Our systems and policies have been designed to provide maximum protection against unauthorized access to sensitive customer information. The following information details what we have done to address your privacy concerns.

Who Has Access to Information
Individual programs complete their public profiles to be available to the general public. Program providers have access only to their own profiles. Access to edit or change an individual profile is restricted to IAN personnel and the individual provider. We do not sell any customer information to third party marketing companies.

IAN will not display information about individual program needs and challenges to the public. We may combine, in a non-identifiable format, the organizational information you provide with information from other users to create aggregate data that does not contain any information that could be used to contact or identify you. This aggregated data can be used to engage and inform civic and community leaders about Indiana afterschool program needs and challenges.

Security Standards
We have established and continually maintain security standards and procedures to help us protect confidential information from unauthorized access.

Password Protection
Your unique User ID and password also protect access to accounts you may have with us and to transactional information through our online services.
