IAN developed the state’s only online, searchable database for out-of-school time programs by merging data systems with the state’s childcare referral system.
You can search for information on program locations, activities, number and ages of youth served. This database helps parents find programs for their youth and communities produce local reports to identify assets and gaps.

The report, funded in part by the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), compiles the most current data on out-of-school time offerings in Indiana and the need and impact of these programs.

Out-of-school time programs serve k-12 youth before school, after school, summers, school breaks, weekends and evenings. Programs can take place in school, school age child care centers, community and faith-based organizations, universities, camps and cultural institutions.
