IAN uses an open Request for Proposal (RFP) system when seeking to contract with partnering organizations. Youth Worker Well-Being Project – Emerging Leaders of Color – Request for Proposals
Indiana Youth Institute is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop curriculum for the Indiana Youth Worker Well-Being Project’s Emerging Leaders of Color development program. The Youth Worker Well-Being Project is a collaboration between Indiana Afterschool Network, IARCA Institute for Excellence, Indiana Youth Services Association, Indiana Youth Institute, and Marion County Commission on Youth to improve the lives of Indiana’s youth workers so they can more effectively work with youth.

The project is looking for an agency to create a multiple-session curriculum for leadership training for the emerging leaders of color cohorts and train Youth Worker Well-Being Project staff and representatives from partner agencies to implement the curriculum.

Stakeholder Survey – Request for Proposals
The Indiana Afterschool Network is seeking to identify a qualified contractor to design and administer a survey to help us understand how our stakeholders’ views out-of-school time. The survey should measure the stakeholders’ awareness, understanding, and buy-in of Indiana out-of-school time programs, as well as in-school and out-of-school coordination for the relevant stakeholders. IAN estimates 6,000 stakeholders should receive the survey. This survey will be utilized annually over the course of our 4-year strategic plan to measure progress made from the baseline year. IAN seeks a partner to develop, administer, and analyze data from the survey in year 1 (end of 2023/beginning of 2024) and administer and analyze survey data in years 2-4 (end of 2024-2026).

Professional Learning Content Development – Request for Proposals
The Indiana Afterschool Network (IAN) is excited to announce Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to create high-quality professional development opportunities and supports for out-of-school time (OST) programs. IAN is seeking engaging content experts to develop content for the following platforms:

Indiana Out-of-School Academy – our online professional development system designed specifically for out-of-school time professionals. An Academy module is a 45–60-minute pre-recorded presentation focused on a specific topic relevant to OST professionals.

Trailblazer Webinar Series – our ongoing training series, which provides an in-depth learning opportunity for participants to build knowledge on a specific topic to grow in the practice of serving youth. Trailblazer webinars are live 90-minute interactive webinars that engage participants in active learning about a topic relevant to the OST field.
