Current Career Opportunities

Director of Development
The Director of Development is responsible for building a resource development strategy that results in both funding to support the organization’s capacity to serve Indiana’s OST field and projects/initiatives aimed at strengthening and promoting the sustainability of the OST field. Working with leadership and cross-functional teams, the Director of Development establishes aggressive goals, designs and implements engagement strategies, supports team and board engagement in development efforts, and measures impact.

Director of Membership
IAN’s Director of Membership is a member relations professional who is responsible for the leadership and growth of IAN’s membership program, which is comprised of the organizations that provide OST programming. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, the Director of Membership manages IAN’s membership program, building relationships with Indiana’s OST program providers and other partners to strengthen and grow membership, collects and analyzes member data to identify opportunities and strategies for improvement of the member program, and coordinates related marketing efforts.
