Learner-directed coaching for those that want to set goals and take action

Pathfinders Coaching helps OST providers with setting goals and building a plan of action to advance their practice and their impact on Hoosier children. Pathfinders is a learner-centered program that pairs you with a single coach that will help you to reflect on your experience, set goals, explore options, and take action.

The experience begins with a self-assessment to help you reflect on your current-state practices, followed by a sense-making session with your coach to help find your bearings and establish a path for growth. Remember that while every path is unique, your Pathfinders Coach will affirm your journey each step of the way with regular checks to see where you were, where you are, and where you plan to be.

Pathfinder Process

Complete a self-assessment to gauge where you’ve been, where you’re at, and where you’d like to go
Participate in a sense-making session to develop your personal development plan with your Pathfinders Coach
Participate in regular checks to review the progress you’ve made on your development plan
Obtain documentation for certifications and/or Continuing Education Credits that you’re eligible for based on your completed activities
Complete an evaluation and follow-up survey of your Pathfinders experience
