The Build, Learn, Grow: Building Wellness program is a confidential employee assistance program offering free short-term counseling, legal and financial consultation, work-life assistance, and crisis intervention services to early care and out-of-school time providers, their employees, volunteers, and the household family members or dependents of all eligible individuals. The program is strictly confidential and completely cost-free.
