Associate Director of Quality Initiatives
The Associate Director of Quality Initiatives is responsible for executing IAN’s access and quality strategies. This role coaches out-of-school time professionals and ensures that providers across the state have knowledge, tools, and resources to implement quality programming and invest in their professionals. The Associate Director of Quality Initiatives performs outreach to out-of-school time providers and stakeholders in communities around Indiana to increase engagement with IAN’s system of continuous quality improvement and increase access to out-of-school time programs.
Associate Vice President of Development
The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Development is responsible for developing and implementing an organizational resource development strategy that results in both funding to support IAN’s capacity to serve Indiana’s OST field and projects/initiatives aimed at strengthening and promoting the sustainability of the OST field. Working with leadership and cross-functional teams, the AVP of Development establishes goals, designs and implements development strategies, supports team and field engagement in development efforts, and measures impact while ensuring IAN’s related systems and structures are equitable and inclusive.
