Associate Director of Engagement
IAN’s Associate Director (AD) of Engagement is an experienced community engagement professional who is responsible for developing an increasingly reciprocal engagement between Indiana Afterschool Network (IAN) and Indiana’s out-of-school time field, as well as with critical community partners across the state, through the execution of IAN’s engagement strategy.  By providing guidance to regional OST leaders, facilitating partnership and network-building, and convening community partners to achieve a common purpose, the AD of Engagement expands IAN’s presence in regional communities, builds awareness for the importance of OST programming, and fosters engagement.

Chief Financial Officer
The Chief Financial Officer oversees the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of Indiana Afterschool Network’s (IAN) administrative and financial services. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer promotes financial growth and sustainability, cultivates and supports talent, and develops internal policies, procedures and processes to improve overall organizational performance. The role has lead responsibility for the finance, human resources, and information technology functions of the organization.
