December 5, 2022 (INDIANAPOLIS, IN) – It was winter of 2021 when our staff began to reach out to local and national partners to discuss the potential re-design of the Indiana Afterschool Network’s website. After a year of discovery meetings, stakeholder interviews, user surveys, design sessions, copywriting, resource curation, content review, and quality assurance testing, we are delighted to officially announce the new site, along with all of the new features that we’ve prepared for its visitors.
From Day 1, our primary goal in re-designing our website was to improve the user experience. Our content re-organization and our new global search feature will help you find what you’re looking for as quickly as possible. Our new Job Board provides space to post that opening at your organization, or to help you connect with that new professional opportunity you’ve been looking for. We now have pages dedicated to our newer services – such as The Trailblazer Series and the Pathfinders Coaching experience – as well as the tools and resources that out-of-school time providers have been using for years, such as the IN-QPSA, or the our Grants & Funding page. We even got dressed up to take some new staff headshots for the occasion!
As always, our first priority is to ensure that the out-of-school time professionals across the state have a place where they can find what they need to continue to provide quality expanded learning opportunities to all Hoosier kids.
